(Jeremy) Xiaoming Yin, PhD

President & acting CEO, Hoku Corporation
Dr. Yin was appointed as acting chief executive officer of Hoku Corporation in July 2012, and has served as the corporate president since February 2011. Since 2007, Dr. Yin has been the managing director of SinoTransPacific Ventures, a private equity firm that he founded. From 2000-2007, Dr. Yin was a founding member and Vice President at LightCross, Inc., a California-based manufacturer of semiconductor optical networking and switching components which merged with Arroyo Optics in 2005 to form Kotura, Inc. where Dr. Yin continued to serve in a variety of executive roles. From 1996- 2000, Dr. Yin served as program manager and technical staff at the IBM, Siemens, Toshiba Development Alliance in East Fishkill, NY where he had responsibilities in developing industry best practices for advanced semiconductor product development, production ramp up, product roadmap planning, capital equipment selection, and technology transfer.

Dr. Yin holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China, a MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a PhD in semiconductor physics from the City University of New York.

Jerrod Schreck

President, Hoku Solar
Jerrod has served as the President of Hoku Solar since May 2011. He served as Chief Strategy Officer of Hoku Corporation from April 2010 to November 2012. Previously, he served as the Company's Vice President of Business Development from July 2009 through March 2010, and as the Company's Director of Business Development from June 2008 to July 2009. From November 2006 to May 2008, Jerrod was Development Director and Strategic Projects Manager at the Nature Conservancy of Hawaii, an international non-profit conservation organization. From March 2006 to November 2006, he was an Associate at Sennet Capital, LLC, a merchant bank in Honolulu, Hawaii providing strategic, financial and M&A advisory services. From August 1995 to March 2006 Jerrod served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, resigning his commission as a Lieutenant Commander. Prior to concluding his active duty service, Jerrod served as Chief Engineer in USS RUSSELL (DDG 59), a destroyer, and as Material Officer at Destroyer Squadron 31.

Jerrod received a Master's degree as an Olmsted scholar and earned his Bachelor's degree from Cornell University.

(Sean) Dayi Liu

Principal Finance Officer
(Sean) Dayi Liu, age 31, was appointed as the Company's Principal Finance Officer in April 2012. Mr. Liu has served as Vice President of Finance of the Company since April 2011, and is responsible for managing the subsidiary’s finances. From June 2010 to April 2011, Mr. Liu was an accounting manager at Tianwei New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in the power transmission industry and the parent company of Hoku Corportion. From August 2003 to June 2010, he was an audit manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. Beijing Branch, a public accounting firm. From April 2005 to July 2005, he was an assistant accountant at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. Hong Kong Branch.

Mr. Liu has a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Physics from Peking University, Beijing, People’s Republic of China.

Keith Asato

Principal Accounting Officer
Keith Asato, age 33, was appointed as the Company's Principal Accounting Officer in April 2012.  Mr. Asato has served as Corporate Controller of the Company since August 2010. From October 2006 to August 2010, Mr. Asato was an Assurance Manager with Accuity LLP, an independent registered public accounting firm. From October 2001 to October 2006, Mr. Asato was a senior associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, an independent registered public accounting firm.

Mr. Asato has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University and is a certified public accountant in the State of Hawaii.
